The bar area offers a cozy feel, perfect for unwinding after a long day, especially with its vibrant décor. The robust storage options in the double room made stowing our gear simple, even if it felt a little cramped at times.
The bathroom's outdated 80s design showed its age, though it remained clean and spacious, which is a plus. The breakfast timing felt restrictive. arriving late meant missing out on food as it had been cleared away, which was frustrating. Navigation through the room's storage sometimes felt clumsy, as access to certain areas blocked others, making organizing a bit of a hassle. A bit more attention to the overall upkeep of the facilities would elevate the experience significantly.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel, with the kids loving the spacious family room and enjoying quick access to the stunning North Wales golf club just down the road. Breakfast was a hit too, with plenty of options that catered to everyone’s tastes.
My kids wished there were more hooks in the room for their things.

We stayed in a spacious family room and loved how quickly they brought us an extra fan when we asked. The sun terrace was perfect for sipping drinks while the kids played nearby. One small thing was a blind that didn’t work quite right, but it didn’t bother us much at all, definitely try the breakfast. it’s a winner! ☀️

The scrambled eggs at breakfast are an epic treasure! Plus, the dining room vibes are lively, and the bar is a gem, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home.
But, I was left wishing for a softer bed—my back was clearly in a serious debate with the mattress! the coffee could’ve used a bit more oomph. the cups were tiny! A bit more attention during farewells would’ve been lovely too.

The double room was larger than expected and had a homely vibe. The decor was modern, but the bed was a bit hard for us. The bathroom was well done with good quality toiletries and options for both bath and shower. There were lots of convenient sockets for our devices, which was great. comfy enough for a short stay, just a little bit noisy from the road outside at times.

The room was lovely and warm, with a bed that felt incredibly comfortable. Generous amenities like tea and coffee made the stay even better. The food was impressive, showcasing premium meats and great flavor. breakfast could have provided more options like extra tea and coffee, and the process felt slightly rushed. the lack of ventilation in the dining area was a minor inconvenience.
